Digital Health Week NZ 2024 Conference Video Library
All registered attendees will have access to recorded sessions from the conference until 31 March 2025.
To access the Digital Health Week NZ 2024 conference video library online - you will need to use a browser (we recommend Chrome or Firefox) and have access to the email inbox that you’ve used to register for the event. It's important that you complete the process from the same device - meaning that you’re using the same device to login and receive the email verification.
NOTE: to verify your identity, you will be sent an email from no-reply@jplmedia.com.au
Some corporate policies may block the email or it may end up in your junk folder. To avoid this happening, please add no-reply@jplmedia.com.au to your address book or check your junk folder.

You will see a login page as shown in the example image. Click on the blue Login button to access the Digital Health Week NZ 2024 conference video library.
On the next page, enter the same email address you have used to register for the event and then click the Login button.
You will then be asked to verify your email address.
If the email address is correct, click the Verify button or restart the login process. Once you have clicked Verify - check the inbox related to the email address you’ve entered.
In the email you receive, please click on VERIFY EMAIL and this will take you to the virtual event platform shown below.
YOU NEED TO OPEN THE EMAIL ON THE SAME DEVICE YOU USED TO LOGIN. IF YOU TRY TO OPEN THE EMAIL FROM ANOTHER DEVICE, THE VERIFICATION PROCESS WILL FAIL.
Once you have followed the above steps you will have access to the Digital Health Week NZ 2024 conference video platform. Simply click on the video you wish to watch or use the search engine in the top right of the screen to find content via keyword or presenter name.
